Automation of logistics The tender deals with the delivery of a Solution that consists of a Core Service including Locks, WMS/WCS, Handling of room temperature goods and Case storage. In addition, the Region wants to be able to purchase a number of options during the contract period consisting of marching, cages/wagons, wagons, refrigerated goods and transport of pallets. This is a total delivery of an integrated solution for the Core Service and the associated Options. The customer has set a maximum price for the core service (locks, WMS/WCS, Handling of room temperature goods and Casselage) including delivery and installation of DKK. 40, 000, 000. Ny Lægemiddelforsyning (NLF) gathers parts of Regions Sjælland's Hospital pharmacies into one unit, as there is a need for a larger overall quality assurance drug supply. NLF must consolidate the hospital pharmacy function (SA) at one facility in Region Zealand. This facility will act as a centralized packing and distribution center that efficiently coordinates receiving, storage, picking, packing and distribution of all medicines in Region Zealand. NLF will be subject to the Danish Medicines Agency's requirements and regulations, unlike hospitals, which come under the Danish Health Authority. NLF must comply with the Danish Medicines Agency's requirements for compliance with GDP (God Distribution Practices), which entails specific requirements for e.g. materials, technical facilities, systematic documentation, quality assurance, testing and validation.
