Sub-agreement 1: Airside 1 (runways and taxiways) and Roskilde Airport (runways, taxiways and stands) Sub-agreement 2: Airside 2 (Apron/stands and technical facilities Airside) Sub-agreement 3: Terminal buildings Sub-agreement 4: Landside / Buildings Airside and Roskilde Airport (buildings) This tender relates to Københavns Lufthavnes A/S' (hereinafter referred to as "CPH") tender for a framework agreement on total consultancy. CPH maintains and develops the properties and facilities at Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup and Roskilde. The objective is to create optimal physical frameworks by designing and implementing solutions that suit the needs of customers and employees. The tasks are solved with a focus on costs to give customers the most value for money. A good collaboration with external total advisors is an important one prerequisite for CPH to be able to meet the objective, and the intention of the present framework agreement tender is to strengthen the foundation for such cooperation. The tender deals with a combination of parallel framework agreements and the division of a framework agreement into sub-agreements, as four agreements are entered into, which - for the larger tasks - must function as parallel framework agreements, and for the smaller tasks as individual sub-agreements, each with its own defined scope of application. The result of the tender must thus be conclusion of four framework/sub-agreements, which must function as parallel framework agreements in relation to total consulting tasks with an expected fee amount of over DKK 3 million.
