Tenders are invited for Offer 2018 - Electricity management

Short description : The purpose of the announcement is to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the acquisition of physical power, administration and portfolio management of electric power for use in the SFFI and Hordaland County Municipality (HFK) own buildings, facilities and street lighting in accordance with the address list (Annexes E and G ) .Additional adminString and management of the estex certificate should be included in the electrical energy supply. The supplier must also provide analyzes and advise on the management of power. The supplier must also provide a reporting tool for use by contractors. Suppliers must take the lead for the agreement tohave two different agreement portfolios, one with a higher risk profile and one with a lower risk profile. The agreement includes one option for renewable power with copyright guarantee under the renewal directive.
