This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in far subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation ea-133c-18-rq-0830 constitutes a request for quotation (rfq) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-97.
The national oceanic atmospheric administration (noaa), national ocean service (nos), information management division, silver spring, md has a requirement for off-site vaulting of unclassified computer-generated media in accordance with the attached statement of work (sow). The period of performance for this requirement is june 1, 2018 through may 31, 2019 with four additional option periods of 12 months each.
The government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value considering technical capability, past performance, and price.
