Detailed_Description : The Criminal Intelligence Service of Ontario (CISO) supports the effort to reduce the harm caused by organized crime through the delivery of criminal intelligence products and services. CISO informs partners, government, and other stakeholders about criminal markets in Ontario and assists law enforcement leaders in making decisions regarding organized crime enforcement priorities.CISO is looking to procure image recognition software as a service (i.e., Software As A Service) where images of seized packages collected in investigations are collected and matched to images already stored in the provincial image repository.This software is expected to add automated image recognition and matching functionality as further described in this document.
Scope of Work : It is anticipated that the Vendor will supply functionality, including user interface and reporting queries, and training that will meet the requirements of CISO as outlined in The Deliverables.
