Phase 1 market research is focused on establishing initial capabilities at Contractor-Provided, Contractor-Operated (CPCO) facilities located within a 1, 000-nautical-mile radius of Muwaffaq Salti Air Base (MSAB), Jordan. Core requirements include scalable wash services (full exterior, clear-water rinse, localized wash), rapid response induction, turnkey provision of all personnel, ground-handling equipment, and MIL-SPEC solvents, strict physical and operational security protocols, and compliance with host-nation environmental regulations.
