Description : This request for proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation (the “NSLC”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Ocean Freight Transport and Consolidation Services for the Atlantic Liquor Boards, as per the specifications The ALB requires such services for an initial nine month period beginning on June 1, 2023, ending March 31, 2024. The ALB reserves the right to renew the contract awarded under this RFP for up to six (6) additional periods of one (1) year each which may be exercised upon agreement of both parties and upon sixty (60) days prior written notice to the successful Proponent. Proponents must submit quotations for the initial nine months and these rates must remain constant for this initial nine-month period.
