Occupational health services GGD Brabant-Zuidoost With this tender, the contracting authority wants to promote the safety, health and well-being of employees, so that they can and remain vital and sustainably employable and focus on absenteeism management and -prevention. Within the GGD BZO, people work with great commitment to the health of our residents. At the same time, we see the pressure in our work and on (the health of) our employees increasing. Health and employability cannot be taken for granted, but require conscious attention and targeted choices. The pressure on health and employability is increasing due to, among other things: Labor market shortages Rising retirement age - working longer Growth of informal care tasks among employees Increased workload and mental stress health Heavy physical and mental strain These developments require a targeted and coherent approach, in which the GGD chooses health as a starting point, which is laid down in an organization-wide health policy. This policy should be a provide a strategic framework for the health and employability of employees, aimed at sustainable behavioral change (no separate initiatives). The policy must be in line with the mission, vision, objectives and needs of employees.
