2M-IT Oy (hereinafter also "Procurement Unit" or "Client") is a publicly owned limited company. 2M-IT Oy produces social and healthcare ICT solutions and their support for welfare areas. 2M-IT Oy serves a total of 16 welfare areas. 2M-IT Oy is acquiring occupational health care services for its ownas a total service for its staff.
2M-IT Oy requests from you ("The Provider") an offer for the services of Tyoeterveyshuolto in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The request for tender concerns the provision of occupational health care services for the entire staff of 2M-IT Oy (approximately 850 people) in this request for tenderand with the conditions specified in its appendices. During the contract period, the number of personnel will probably increase. The number of personnel in different locations will vary, also new locations with personnel may be added.
The offer must include Section 4 and Section 12 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (1383/2001):statutory and preventive occupational health care (Kela's compensation category I) in accordance with n. The procurement package also includes General Practitioner-level medical care with an emphasis on occupational health (Kela compensation class II).this is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service description of the request for tender. The services that are the subject of the procurement are defined in Appendix 1 Service description in chapter 7. The requirements of the service are described in Appendix 2 List of requirements.
