2M-IT Oy (hereinafter also "Procurement Unit" or "Client") is a publicly owned limited company. 2M-IT Oy produces social and healthcare ICT solutions and their support for welfare areas. 2M-IT Oy serves a total of 16 welfare areas. We are acquiring occupational health services for stafffor us as a total service.
2M-IT Oy requests an offer from You (the "Proposer") for the services of Tyoeterveyshuolto in accordance with this request for proposals and its appendices.
The request for tender concerns the provision of occupational health care services for the entire staff of 2M-IT Oy (approximately 850 people) in this request for tender and itsunder the conditions defined in the articles. During the contract period, the number of personnel will increase. The number of personnel in different locations will vary, there may also be more locations.
The offer must include statutory and preventive occupational health according to Section 4 and Section 12 of the Occupational Health Care Act (1383/2001)eyshuolto (Kela's compensation category I) and related guidance and counseling services of an occupational physiotherapist and psychologist. The procurement package also includes occupational health-focused general practitioner-level medical care (Kela's compensation class II).
The object of procurement is described in more detail in appendix 1 Service description. The services included in the scope of procurement are defined in Appendix 1 Service description in chapter 7.
The requirements of the service are described in Appendix 2 List of requirements.
