Tender Details

HTM is looking for close cooperation with an occupational health and safety service provider to ensure the continuity of services in the field of absenteeism and to continue to comply with the obligation of the Working Conditions Act. HTM currently handles most absenteeism tasks internally and also has ongoing collaborationswith three company doctors. HTM thus meets the obligation under the Working Conditions Act. Our current model is based on the Own Direction Model and this will remain so. The manager is the case manager of the absent employee and is supported by absenteeism coachesHR department. In addition, HTM has an internal social worker, a company nurse and administrative staff who provide support in the absenteeism process. HTM also uses an external provider for additional services.
