Perform up to a total of 75 medical surveillance exams (annual occupational health evaluations for existing employees) at up to four Delaware Army National Guard facilities (Sussex County and New Castle County) during time period 15 May to 31 Aug 2024 in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement.
