The object of the procurement is occupational health care services for Leppävirta municipality personnel. The services include statutory occupational health care (Kela I and Kela II) as well as focused occupational health care according to the occupational health care action plan general practitioner-level medical care and other occupational health care services, as well as a service for employers in the municipality's area in accordance with the organizational responsibility of Section 18 of the Health Care Act. The more detailed content of the service is described in appendices 1 Service description and 2 Työterveyshuolton content. The priorities of occupational health care are especially preventive work, i.e. the prevention and active support of work-related diseases, as well as maintaining the employee's ability to work and function and promoting health. It is also considered particularly important supporting front-line work and increasing occupational health benefits. The contract period begins on January 1, 2026, and the contract is valid for a limited period of two (2) years from the start of the contract period. The customer has the option to extend the contract for two one (1 + 1) years in the option year.
