DESCRIPTION: With the Ordinance on Mandatory Insurance of Workers and Accident Workers (adopted by PMS No. 24 of 6.02.2006, prom., SG No. 15 of 17.02.2006, Am. And Supplement., pc. 68 of 22.08.2006, amended, pc. 46 of 12.06.2007, in force from 12.06.2007, issue 5 of 19.01.2010, 2.03.2018) lay down the terms and procedure for compulsory risk insurance "workers and employees working in which there is a danger to their lives and health. Insurance shall be subject to the employees of the Contracting Authority exposed to the risk "accident at work", on the interpretation of CSR for an accident at work within the meaning of Article 55, para. 1 and para. 2 of the CSR.
The technical specification is attached a list of staff who are subject to an "accident" insurance under the Ordinance on the Mandatory Insurance of Workers and Employees for the Risk Accident "Labor Accident" as well as under Article 55, para 1 of the CSR and the Article 55 (2) of the CSR.
