The subject of the order is to obtain a decision on environmental conditions and other consents necessary to implement the project for the task: "1B.2 Stage I and Stage II Modernization works on the Border Oder" Action 1: "Conducting nature inventory and preparation of the Unified EIA Report in order to obtain a decision on environmental conditions for the project called: Modernization works on the Border Odra". The subject of the order includes the provision of services expert and design studies, the aim of which is to carry out a natural inventory and prepare a unified environmental impact report which will be the basis for obtaining a new decision on environmental conditions (DŚU). Detailed Description of the subject order documentation prepared by the Contractors must be prepared in accordance with the "Guidelines for obtaining decisions on environmental conditions and submitting notifications under Article 118 of the Nature Protection Act" (appendices to the Order No. 18/2024 of the President of PGW Wody Polskie of May 24, 2024), and the Guidelines must constitute a mandatory annex to all OPZs covering the preparation of design documentation and documentation for obtaining administrative decisions.
