A brief description of the procurement: The procurement creates a management work table that works for the analysis and management of library activities, which will bring together the necessary data on the network of Estonian libraries and allow libraries to effectively and promptly collect, process and exchange data, including using management decisions and providing new readers. The National Library of Estonia procures detail analysis and migration of existing data, development, testing, deployment, warranty and maintenance work, resulting in the development of the library management work table developed according to the technical conditions of the procurement and secured maintenance of the application for 12 months after completion of the work. During the procurement, the application will also be created in the user interface.
