Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement for the removal and disposal of an obstruction to navigation from the 35-foot deep, Fore River channel feature of the Federal Navigation Project (FNP) in Portland Harbor, Maine. Removal of the obstruction is needed to meet the navigational requirements of deep draft vessels that use Portland Harbor. This announcement is to determine the interest, availability and capability of Small and Large Business concerns as described below. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990 with a Size Standard of $45M. The solicitation for this project is anticipated to be issued on or about January 2026.
