The Norwegian Police Shared Services (PFT), henceforth also referred as the contracting authority shall, together with the police services in Finland, Sweden and Iceland, enter into framework agreements for the procurement of night vision devices, including monocular and binocular light amplification equipment as well as service, accessories and related equipment, spare parts and necessary training. A separate framework agreement will be entered into for PFT on behalf of the participating public entities in Norway. Separate framework agreements will be entered for the police services in each of the other participating countries.
