The requirements specified in Annex 1 "Technical specification" of these procurement conditions apply to the works. Place of performance of works - Islandija pl. 209, Kaunas city. The works will be performed within 18 (eighteen) months, counting from the date of signing the deed of transfer of the construction site, with the possibility of extending the deadline 1 (one) time, up to 6 (six) months. The work must be carried out in accordance with the Specification and conditions specified in the purchase contract.
