Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) hereby provides notice of its intention to enter into a direct award agreement with Elevate Healthcare to procure three (3) Vimedix OB/GYN Transabdominal Ultrasound Simulator and software license. Elevate Healthcare has distributorship right of Vimedix. RDP requires three(3) OB/GYN Ultrasound Simulators with proprietary software that supports OB/GYN simulation scanning for the new Sonography Program. The equipment is required to be purchased and delivered to the RDP Campus on or before August 1, 2025. Purchase is contingent on a specified budget. All questions relatedto this notice must be addressed to the RDP Contact before the Question Deadline. Interested parties who wish to challenge this decision or believe they could satisfy the requirements should submit their objections via email to purchasing@rdpolytech.ca on or before the Submission Deadline. Objectionletters must present specific reasons for their objection and clearly outline the vendor's ability to offer the same or exceed the specifications outlined above. This Notice of Intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this Notice will be used solely to determine whetherfurther competitive procedures should be used for this purchase.
