All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at Montezuma Wetlands. This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
