Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to O2X Human Performance LLC. Located at 1 Mill Wharf Plaza, Unit S12, Scituate, MA 02066. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 611519 specialized military training; the business size standard is 21M. NAVSUP FLCSD intends to award a sole source contract to O2X Human Performance LLC. for the purchase of O2x Human Performance Training is a specialized providing a scientifically backed education and training program through the EAT SWEAT THRIVE@ methodology tailored to tactical athlete and shipboard sailor skill sets. O2X Human Performance LLC. is the only known source capable of providing this training due to its proprietary technology, and no other vendors have authorized third-party service providers for this specific training. This procurement is being pursued under a sole source justification based on the unique capabilities of the equipment and the lack of viable alternatives from other manufacturers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
