Tender Details

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "framework agreement"), the draft of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation, for the implementation of building repairs and modifications of a larger scale within the apartments owned by the contracting authority. For building repairs and modifications construction works whose realization price is at least CZK 100, 000 excluding VAT are considered to be of a larger scale. Construction repairs and modifications, the realization price of which does not reach the specified limit, are not the subject of partial public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreements, i.e. they will be entered by the contracting authority completely outside the regime of the framework agreement.
