NyMJV TOP_PLUSZ-132_00014 Design services Regarding project No. TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00014 entitled "Development of the Garden City Canal", planning works related to the development of infrastructure in the administrative areas of Nyíregyháza: Licensed plan; Preparation of an execution plan and performance of design management tasks; professional support of public procurement procedures for related construction works. Project No. TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00014 entitled "Development of the Garden City Canal" regarding planning works related to the infrastructure development of Nyíregyháza administrative areas: Licensed plan; Preparing an execution plan and carrying out design management tasks (5 occasions); for related construction works professional support of public procurement procedures. The municipality previously prepared the water rights establishment permit and implementation plan for the "Kertvárosi channel reconstruction" (hereinafter: "Existing Plan"), which is the main collector typically located in a residential area it includes the reconstruction of the channel bed cover and the construction of rainwater reservoirs to reduce flood peaks in two places. In order to implement the stormwater reservoirs and treatment lanes to be built according to the Existing Plan, the property parts were not previously acquired, so the An existing Plan was not submitted for a water rights establishment permit application. The Existing Plan was prepared based on the previous "TOP" tender specifications, which is not suitable for use in the current "TOP Plusz" tender scheme...
