Nye Modumheimen - Acquisition of architect, landscape architect, interior architect and responsible applicant New Modumheimen comprises a new extension to the care center Modumheimen in Modum municipality. The building will accommodate a short-term ward for rehabilitation, observation, respite care, municipal acute 24-hour unit and palliative treatment, day activity offer for people with dementia, cafe and meeting space, one door to preventive services, central kitchen and competence and training areas. In addition, 16 to 24 will be collocated housing units for the elderly with a connection to staffing. This procurement concerns architectural professional services within architecture, landscape architecture and interior architecture, as well as the responsible applicant, for the concept phase. The concept phase will clarify the shape and location of the new building on the plot and connection to existing buildings. The contract includes an option to continue to Phase 1, preliminary project in collaboration with the general contractor, and an option to continue to Phase 2, detailed design and follow-up in the construction phase. Upon triggering of the options are transferred to the assignment to the interaction contractor.
