Description
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Contract will be awarded to the apparent low offer that meets the requirements listed in this solicitation posting and attached RFQ, PWS, and Feeding schedule.
52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration.
Offeror/Quote must meet all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers.
Menu-s are attached to the sam.gov posting in the ‘NYARNG 21 Day Catering Menu- quotes must conform to all aspects of the RFQ, PWS, Menu (including special dietary meals or allergy-s listed), and feeding schedule attached.
