Description : The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (the “NVRC”) operates several recreation centres in North Vancouver on behalf of the District of North Vancouver and the City of North Vancouver. In that regard, the NVRC requires a Contractor to upgrade the AHU-2 and AHU-3 HVAC system at Parkgate Community Centre, a facility owned by the District of North Vancouver, all as detailed herein and in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings included with this Invitation to Tender (ITT). This ITT is being issued to the following 7 pre-qualified contractors of the District of North Vancouver: Davidson Bros Mechanical Contractors Ltd. Black and McDonald Modern Niagara Ainsworth Inc. Broadway Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Custom Air Conditioning Just Mechanical Ltd. Only the above listed contractors will be eligible to submit a bid in response to this ITT. Any bid submitted to NVRC directly by any other contractors will be rejected and not considered. Contractors and/or material suppliers interested in this project are encouraged to contact the above listed contractors for their consideration as a sub-contractor and/or material supplier on this project.
