2. PFA Product Registration
B. Winning bidder shall:
1. Deliver genuine and unadultered products;
2. Deliver items to Babatngon Experiment Station, Brgy. Bagong Silang, Babatngon, Leyte;
3. Deliver the items within 30 Calendar days from receipt of PO;
4. Be responsible for all necessary taxes, stamps, licenses, fees, and other incidental expenses for the completion of the Purchase Order;
5. Notify the end user seven (7) calendar days prior to delivery to prioritize the scheduling/ conduct of inspection of the inspectorate team
