Nuclear Safeguards Programme
Supplier selection for the Nuclear Safeguards Programme (NSP) will be conducted in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 (PR24), using a formal Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) as the mechanism for determining supplier eligibility. The PSQ sets out the conditions of participation, which suppliers must satisfy to proceed in the procurement process. All conditions of participation will be assessed on a pass/fail basis, except for Technical Ability under Part 3 which will be assessed and scored out of a total of 10 points. Only suppliers meeting all mandatory conditions and scoring the minimum threshold of 6 on each Technical Ability question will proceed to the next stage.
