Description : A Stylus Profiler is required to be used as an integrated part of semiconductor device fabrication facility housed in the class 100/1000 cleanroom at the School of Engineering (SoE) at Newcastle University (NU). This fabrication facility includes 25 workstations covering all technological steps from growth and deposition of thin films to chips packaging and testing.
