We are looking to partner with a network of private providers who specialise in student accommodation as the annual intake of Students can exceed the number of available University rooms.

This project is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Contractors may apply to join the DPS at any...her competitions will be for rooms from September 2020 intake onwards. For each further competition that the University issues throughout the duration of the DPS the number of rooms required will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender document for each further competition issued by the University. We are looking to partner with a network of private providers who specialise in student accommodation as the annual intake of Students can exceed the number of available University rooms.This project is to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Contractors may apply to join the DPS at any point during the period the DPS is open.Contractors must qualify to join the DPS by completing and passing ALL questions in the online template entitled Selection Questionnaire v2. The deadline for responses under the first `qualification round` is 12pm 6th January 2020.Any Contractor that passes will automatically be appointed to the DPS. A Contractor that fails may reapply to join the DPS at any point during the period the DPS is open. The DPS will run until 31st January 2024.The scope of the DPS is to provide a network of private, purpose built student residential accommodation.
