The 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), intends to establish a Hybrid (Firm-Fixed Price & Time and Material) Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the Rental of Non-tactical Vehicles (NTVs). The ordering period will be for three (3) year-s total, beginning on the date the Contracting Officer issues the BPA which is tentatively set for 17 June 2024.
