Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, following FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
1. The solicitation number is F3G0CA5139AW01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A Firm Fixed Price type contract will be awarded.
2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 June 11 2025.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The purpose of this project is to conduct a Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) survey of a 200-acre area at Tolicha Peak Electronic Combat range (TPECR), to identify and map potential Unexploded Ordnance (UxO) hazards. The survey shall cover the entire 200-acre site and will focus on detecting subsurface metallic anomalies indicative of Unexploded Ordnance (UxO) down to a depth of 10 feet.3.0 Objectivesa. Identify and accurately locate all subsurface metallic anomalies within the survey area that could represent UxO hazards.b.
