PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm fixed price contract with North Star Imaging Incorporated., 19875 S Diamond Lake RD Suite 10 Rogers, Minnesota 55374-4594 United States for the purpose of Purchasing the NSI X300 CT & DR Software Maintenance Agreement for the FBI-s Laboratory Division. The procurement is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.
The FBI-s Laboratory Division, requires the NSI X300 CT & DR Software Maintenance Agreement, based on the following: This procurement will satisfy the Agency-s requirements because the NSI X300 CT & DR Software Maintenance Agreement TExU utilizes NSI proprietary algorithms within NSI software. The FBI request to renew its preventative maintenance and software service agreement. within the FBI Laboratory Division.
This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration-s beta.SAM.gov website (www.beta.SAM.gov). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the beta.SAM site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
