Note showing the potential that an abandoned septic tank (unknown location) may be encountered and will need to be decommissioned if it is disturbed.
Note showing the location of a pet cemetery and to avoid this location.
Note showing a temporary fence must be constructed between the corner of the house and the fence along the road.

Seeding Spec:
Added a different seed mixture for the Ohley site.

The project consists of clearing designated areas by the removal and disposal of trees, logs, stumps, shrubs, brush, and rubbish and the shaping of the channel.
Installing measures or performing work to control erosion and minimize the production of sediment and
other pollutants to water and air from construction activities.
Preparing the area for treatment; furnishing and placing seed, sprigs, mulch, fertilizer, inoculant, lime, and
other soil amendments; and anchoring mulch in designated areas as specified.
