The Services comprise the development of Ireland-s first National Risk Assessment (NRA) for forest biomass under RED III. The NRA will provide a national-level, risk-based framework to demonstrate compliance with EU sustainability criteria, reduce certification costs, and support Ireland-s climate and energy targets. This competition is made up of four (4) Work Packages (WPs) with Work Package 4 being for Optional Services which may or may not be availed of at SEAI-s discretion.
