The National Park Service intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for Well Plugging at Jean Lafitte National Historical Park (JELA), Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.Work consists of reclaiming three oil and gas well sites, including plugging and abandonment of the wells at JELA.SOLICITATION NUMBER: When publicized, the solicitation number will be 140PS126B0006.PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $1, 000, 000.00 and $5, 000.000.00.TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price Construction contract. The acquisition method will most likely be FAR 14 Sealed Bidding. Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Jefferson Parish, LA will apply.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE Classification and SET ASIDE: The NAICS is 213112The project is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business.SITE VISIT: A site visit date, time, and meeting location will be announced in the solicitation.
