1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Bohol Island State University - Main Campus through its University Bids and Awards Committee (UBAC), invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, financially and legally capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Hotel and Lodging for the Various Activities of Different Offices, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
