SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SACKS OF RICE (FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)
Under Hospital Bids and Awards Committee I (HBAC I) Resolution No.2026-0215 dated April 24, 2026 the HBAC I found the need for Negotiated Procurement after the Two Failed Public Biddings held on March 17, 2026 and April 24, 2026, for the procurement project: Supply and Delivery of Sacks of Rice (Framework Agreement) thus, HBAC I intends to negotiate the same contract to a technically, legally and financially capable supplier, contractor or consultant.
In view of the foregoing, HBAC I invites prospective bidders to participate in the negotiation of the aforementioned project procurement in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.)
