Under Hospital Bids and Awards Committee I (HBAC I) Resolution No. 2026-0817 dated October 22, 2026, the HBAC I found the need for Negotiated Procurement after Two-Failed Biddings (NP-TFB) for the procurement project: DESIGN AND BUILD FOR THE EXPANSION OF WAREHOUSE PHASE 1 (GROUND AND SECOND FLOOR) - 240 CALENDAR DAYS. Thus, HBAC I intends to negotiate the same contract to a technically, legally and financially capable supplier/contractor/consultant.
