In view of two (2) failed biddings, the Department of Health-Center for Health Development- Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders/ suppliers in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of Various Vaccines (NP-2FB 2026-002) in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
The DOH-CHD-CAR through the authorized appropriations under the General Appropriations Act intends to negotiate the total sum of One Million Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1, 080, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Supply and Delivery of Various Vaccines for CY 2026 Requirements.
