Corrigendum_Tenders Are Invited NovaStar Cloud Migration
INTENT:
The Flood Control District of Maricopa County (FCDMC), Arizona is requesting bids to migrate our Debian Linux physical database servers and related software to internal (County) virtual servers. We are primarily interested in obtaining services as described below.
Contract renewal: This is for work to be completed in FY24, potentially extending into FY25, no extensions for additional years expected.

1 Introduction

1.1. Current Configuration:
The FCDMC Flood Warning System (FWS) currently uses a primary database node (NovaStar5a, master server), a secondary node (NovaStar5b, backup server), and a third node (NovaStar5d, slave server) to store approximately one million data points per month.
These three physical servers are internal to the FCDMC network and are currently running Debian Stretch.
The FWS also utilizes an internal virtual webserver (itcpvfldalrt01) running Debian Bullseye.

1.2. Internal Virtual Servers:
FCDMC will configure three (3) VMWare virtual servers for use in this migration contract.
Itcststapp01 and Itcststapp02 have already been configured with Debian Linux Bullseye and the necessary software and networking requirements of the legacy servers.
The third virtual server will be configured before beginning Phase 2 of this contract (Section 2.2, of the attached Scope of Work)
