Tender Details

The IOR Public A competition for collectives to award the project mandate for a building that will host 12 research laboratories. The goal is to build approx. 8, 900 m2 of useful net surface area, mainly for BSL2 research laboratories, training rooms, as well as a 250 -seat conference room for the benefit of the stakeholders from the institutes. The new building will have to facilitate the current functional collaboration process between the IOR and the IRB, first with two physical connections between the two institutes, one on the surface and one from the basement. The tenderer aims to create a new seat Which corresponds to the functional and operational needs of researchers, the forecasts for future development of the structure, the technical and institutional needs and the regulations in force, and this within the framework of a defined and not overwhelming financial investment and a commitment to Economically sustainable management.
