Lot 2: LLD service of reconditioned light energy vehicles thermal or electric
Long Term Rental Service
Thermal vehicles and Electric (4x2 and 4x4) for the Company fleet and Managers of the EDF Group as well as
additional services.
Long Term Vehicle Rental Service new light 4x2 and 4x4 (GVW less than or equal to 3.5t), thermal and electric (100% electric and rechargeable hybrids). Concerning THE 100% electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles, only manufacturers and segments selected for the EDF Group's electric vehicle purchase market may be offered to the long-term rental market. The EDF Group's LLD vehicle fleet is made up of approximately 25 000 light vehicles. A portion of these vehicles under LLD contracts will be renewed by LLD contracts for reconditioned vehicles (lot 2 of this contract notice).
The contract will be established for a duration of 4 firm years and 4 optional periods of 12 months each.
In accordance with article R. 21624 of the Public Order Code, the maximum volume of the framework agreement, all beneficiaries combined, is 23, 000 vehicles, it being specified that this indication has no contractual commitment value on this purchasing volume for the Company.
