Open tender through ESIDIS The National Library of Greece as a Legal Entity under Public Law and body of the General Government, is obliged to comply with the current legislation on financial management as well as the provisions of Law 4412/2016, such as this was amended and applies to the procurement and service procedures. The National Library of Greece (NHL), as part of its mission to collect, preserve, organize, digitize and make available the national bibliographic and cultural heritage, utilizes extensive information infrastructures and specialized information systems which support all of its administrative, library and technical functions.
