Manufacturing of signs and signs promoting accessibility, as well as maintenance and installation services Manufacturing of other signs and signs as well as maintenance and installation services Design service for signs and signs The target of this acquisition are those who promote accessibility signs and signs as well as other text and picture signs for indoor and outdoor use as a complete service. The procurement also includes maintenance, installation and design services for signs and signs. All signs and signs must be accessible and obeyed City of Helsinki's branding and signage guidelines. In the competition, signs and signs refer to, for example, site area signs, operators' name signs and shields, barrier-free raised signs containing braille, relief maps and clear maps for the visually impaired, as well as fixed signs with symbols related to permanent elements (e.g. stairs, elevators, toilet). The contract period is 4 years and it includes a one (1) year option period in addition to the three (3) year basic contract period. The maximum value of the purchase is 5 000, 000 euros (VAT 0%). The procurement is divided into three areas. A maximum of 3 suppliers will be selected per sub-region in order of priority according to the cheapest price. Ordering takes place in order of priority in sub-areas 1. and 2. primarily from the contracted supplier who came first in the framework arrangement, if the value of the purchase is less than 20, 000 euros (VAT 0%).
