NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT UNDER SECTION 53.1 (TWO FAILED BIDDINGS) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICIAL VEHICLE FOR THE EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES FOR FY 2016





1. The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines, through its Bids and Awards Committee, will conduct Negotiated Procurement (After Two failed biddings), pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, for the Procurement of Official Vehicle for the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines for FY 2016.



2. The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines invites all interested Phil-Geps registered contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, dealers, authorized franchised dealers to submit their proposal for the project.



3. Submissions must be delivered to the address below on or before 14 October 2016, 02:00 p.m. Submissions must be in sealed envelopes marked with the address given below. Late submissions shall not be accepted.



4. The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected participants.



5. Interested parties may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat at the address given below from Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
