Notice is hereby given by British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) with the intent to direct award a contract to Nexus to provide 34 modular units (tiny homes) via a design-build contract for temporary housing with shared bathrooms and shared amenities, secured perimeter fencing and an electrical service upgrade. All BCBC compliant and meeting City approvals.
