Tender Details

The commodity futures trading commission ("cftc") intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract for a base period of one (1) year and four (4) one (1) year optional periods for the s&p financial insurance data, market intelligence enterprise snl and market intelligence enterprise index integration data feeds subscriptions. Cftc will use s&p`s insurance data subscription at it`s office in washington, dc. The government intends to procure this requirement under far 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) "the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available." s&p`s data is proprietary product that is only provided by the manufacturer, s&p global - market intelligence.



This notice is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. However, the government will consider written responses from all responsible sources received by 5:00pm est, august 9, 2019. Written responses must include sufficient information to establish capability to fulfill the requirement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes for future market research requirements. No formal solicitation package is available. The government anticipates award on or about august 23, 2019. The government will not be responsible for any costs of preparation in response to this announcement.
