Please read this notice carefully as it constitutes the only notice that will be published. The federal bureau of investigation (fbi) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with keysight technologies, inc., 9781 s meridian blvd, englewood, co, 80112-5910, for the purpose of procuring a calibration and maintenance service agreement for its existing array of keysight technology test equipment.



The fbi requires a twelve (12) month service agreement to cover maintenance and calibration on its existing array of keysight technologies equipment to include oscilloscopes, signal and audio analyzers and vector signal generators. The technical exploitation unit (texu) performs electronic and trend analysis of devices that have been used in ied incidents or were captured prior to use. Texu uses its array of keysight technologies equipment to conduct their analysis. Without proper calibration and maintenance of this equipment, there is a greater risk of instrument failure. The calibration is also a requirement to meet ansi-asq national accreditation board (anab) accreditation requirements.



Twelve (12) month service agreement includes:



• calibration

• preventative maintenance

• repair service



based on market research, and government end-users, it has been determined that keysight technologies, inc. Is the sole manufacturer of the fbi's existing array of keysight technologies equipment and the only company certified to work on their equipment, therefore, they are the only company capable of providing the necessary maintenance and calibration services for the equipment in order to maintain existing warranties.
